Fable Beard Co. Inner Circle Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Fable Beard Co. Inner Circle Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Rewards

Ambassadors will earn:

$100 USD for each new customer who successfully purchases a Yearly Fable Beard Co. Inner Circle Membership using the ambassador's unique referral link.

20% commission on all other qualifying purchases made through the ambassador's unique referral link.

2. Qualified Referrals

A referral qualifies only when:

The referred customer is a new Yearly Inner Circle member (for the $100 reward).

The purchase is completed using the ambassador's unique referral link.

The purchase is successfully processed.

The membership or order remains valid through the applicable approval period.

Purchases made without the ambassador's unique referral link are not eligible for commissions and cannot be credited retroactively.

3. Commission Approval

Referral commissions are subject to a 30-day approval period following the referred customer's purchase.

Commissions will become payable only after the referral has successfully completed this approval period.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If a referred customer:

Cancels their Yearly Inner Circle Membership,

Receives a refund,

Has their payment reversed or disputed,

Or otherwise fails to maintain an active membership during the 30-day approval period,

the associated $100 referral commission will be revoked and will not be paid.

Likewise, if any qualifying purchase that generated a 20% commission is refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed during the approval period, the associated commission will be revoked.

If a commission has already been paid for an ineligible transaction, Fable Beard Co. reserves the right to deduct the amount from future payouts or request repayment.

5. Self-Referrals

Ambassadors may not use their own referral link to earn commissions on purchases they make for themselves.

Any ambassador found using their own referral link to receive commissions on personal purchases may have:

All associated commissions forfeited,

Their ambassador account terminated,

And may be permanently disqualified from participating in the Fable Beard Co. Ambassador Program.

6. Payment

Approved commissions will be paid using the payment method designated by Fable Beard Co. Payment schedules and payout minimums, if applicable, are determined solely by Fable Beard Co.

7. Fraud & Abuse

Fable Beard Co. reserves the right to reject referrals, withhold commissions, reverse commissions, or terminate participation in the program if fraudulent activity, fake accounts, coupon abuse, self-referrals, chargebacks, or any attempt to manipulate the program is detected.

8. Program Changes

Fable Beard Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program, commission rates, payout structure, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Final Determination

All referral eligibility, commission approvals, payouts, and program participation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Fable Beard Co. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
