Never received it, re-sent it from purchase page 3 times, contacted customer support and did not receive a response. Requested a refund through the support email as well, did not receive a response. Very sad as I like this brand, but will not purchase from again.
my brother is a huge fan of your products, so i got him 4 gift cards but was very disappointedwhen they came via email so instead of getting nice plasstic gift cards that are visually appealing gifts i had 4 pieces of printed out emails....yes, they still work the same but not good gift ideas
