She told me if she caught another woman catching a drift of that warm, resinous amber in public, she’d burn the bottle. She wants this scent confined strictly to four walls, behind locked doors, where she can pin herself to my chest and trace the line of my jaw without anyone else looking.It’s rich, it’s possessive, and it barks orders without saying a word.
