$75 Mystery Beard Bundle

From the Gut, to Nightcrawler, to the Butcher beard oil, this box had it all. New scents and some old favorites keep these boxes a highly purchased item in my household. I like to collect them!

I was super excited when I stumbled across your company and all the unique yet very appealing products and scents. I religiously use products from Beard Octane but because of your unique scents I decided maybe it would be worth giving another company a shot. I really try to refrain from spending extra money but when I saw there was a BOGO promotion going on it was enough for me to pull the trigger and try some Fable beard products.

I went back and forth through all the scents and products online and did my research. It seemed as though you guys have done a great job building a business with lots of great reviews. I had a handful of beard oils in my cart. I typically like scents of tobacco, ginger, sea grass, barbershop, cypress, and don’t consider myself to be super picky. I was intrigued with Dr. Wolf, The Troll, Chupacabra, and The Warlock.

Once I added them into my cart I was shown a thumbnail to add a surprise box and realized it was also on the BOGO promo. I decided to ditch the other items in my cart and just go with the $75 mystery box and trust that I was going to be able to try a variety of scents and hopefully stumble across a new favorite.

I anticipated the package coming in the mail like a kid on Christmas. Much to my dismay upon receiving the mystery box, I didn’t recognize any of the scents from your website and much to my disappointment, only one scent in the whole box was decent. My wife strongly disliked them and even said I smell like tootsie rolls when I put on the deodorant.

I looked up all the items I received and realized you can’t buy any of them on your website anymore. I’m thinking that’s because they weren’t very popular with your customers and the mystery box was created as an avenue to get rid of them. I understand that you are trying to run a business and make money but it really was disappointing experience for myself. I am only sending you this message in an effort to share my experience and feedback to help you be able to avoid another disappointed customer in the future.

I think a better description for the mystery box stating that it is filled with discontinued products would really help customers be aware of what they are signing up for when they spend a chunk of money on beard products.

I appreciate your company and what you are doing, I just wish I would have had a better experience and found a new favorite beard product or received products that I was willing to wear.

They gave me the perfect mystery box! Every item was from the Valentine's scents but were all items I was on the fence about or didn't have. Awesome value. Thanks Fable crew!

Excellent products, top quality and fast shipping

Ok so... there was a bunch of product in the mystery bundle, which was awesome, but things I do not use like the beard wash/conditioner and I didn't care for the scent of the balm/butter/oil/cologne "the troll"... other scents I have ordered/used have been home run after home run... and honestly I've already placed another order for a couple of balms I think I'll really love. So I guess it was more the excitement and anticipation of what was going to be in the box, and I just didn't like it.
