I decided I wanted to take a chance and try Fable Beard Co.'s products against a beard oil I've bought in the past. (A bourbon and vanilla scent available at retailers.)
This was the game changer! The blueberry scent is potent, and so I had to taper it to just maybe 3 drops (left and right cheek, then chin) but it is still dampened down by the unconscious tobacco note. It feels like a summery richness that I rotate in and everyone has been giving me great compliments on it.

This blend is well balanced, fruity and aromatic. The tobacco is subtle but present. It is blueberry-forward and I think it mixes well with lumberjack for a nice blueberry pancake scent!
Smells great and feels great
I love Dr.Wolf and I’m sorry to see it get discontinued from the main list. The good news is I stocked up and ordered 3 oils and 3 butters to hold me over until he hopefully makes his rightful return to the top of the main profiles again. My two scent profiles of all time all come from Fable! Great Company, great products!
