It didn't soften and condition my beard the way I had hoped. Not terrible, but not great either. There are other natural conditioners out there that are more effective.
This review is for the wash and conditioner. It is very difficult to find unscented products, especially ones that work. My wife is very sensitive to many of the beard product fragrances. While this product is not really unscented, especially the conditioner, it does not bother her and I have noticed a much softer beard. The little bit of scent that is noticeable is not very strong and dissipates reasonably quickly. Not offensive or chemically smelling, just be aware it does have some smell to it. All that being said, I will be buying this again. I give it a 4 only because of the bit of scent it has, but fortunately it is not a scent that will offend my wife.
Even though they say it's unscented, I really love the smell.
I wanted something that I could use daily that wouldn't strip my beard, but also that wouldn't leave a chemical smell as I like switching up my beard oil scents day to day. This has met every expectation and then some, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good beard conditioner for daily use that doesn’t want to smell like a chemical plant
