I’ve tried several beard products over the last 2 years and ever since I started using Fable beard wash and co-wash I haven’t considered anything else.
Smells great,less filling
I use 2 scents mostly. The candyman and the dollmaker. Each year I stock up for the whole year in the fall. This year when the candyman didn't show up I sent a message on Facebook messenger explaining i had bought some of my dollmaker and was waiting to buy the rest when the candyman was released. After a week I commented on a Facebook post by fable asking the same thing. Both went unresponded to. A week later I email costumer support. I asked where the candyman was. The reply was "we report when something goes on sale and when it's taken off." Like the released it but it was my fault I didn't see it. No it wasn't. When I called them out on this the reply was "try next year or try Facebook sells". The final reposince was "try next year" you know what? No. I'm done with a company that can't have a stable line of products. Each year I spent several hundred dollars stocking up I have made it to adventurer, starting out as apprentice then mage then adventurer this year I would have made fable King. Nope. I'm done. If you ever get a product line that will be the same so I know without a doubt I can get my preferred scents let me know. If you make that commitment to me I will commit to you but till them, no more.
