I'm honestly surprised with how impressed I am with this deodorant. Natural deodorants have been very hit or miss for me over the years in terms of effectiveness, quality of scent, and working with my sensitive skin. I was incredibly hesitant to give Fable's deodorant a try because of the inclusion of baking soda, which historically had given me terrible burns and rashes, but I'm very pleased to say that this stuff actually works and it doesn't burn or offer any discomfort. The stick is a little soft and can make a bit of a mess, but it just forces me to be a bit more gentle and conservative with my application and then I have no issues. The Crusader smells wonderful, very well balanced and one of the few scents where I can pick up on all of the provided descriptors––the citrus, the lavender, the sandalwood, and the spice is a noticeable and welcome addition. It's gentle and floral but still masculine and intriguing; also a perfect year-round scent but particularly a terrific cold-weather scent. The scent lasts all day even through sweat and I don't notice any funk at the end of the day. Highly, highly recommend Fable deodorant!
