Damaged products, missing packages, buyers remorse, unlike scent, it doesn't matter. We will take care of all of it with a quick email to customerservice@fablebeardco.com
If you don't love it, just email us and we will exchange it for you, no questions asked, If you want you can return it to us for a complete refund to the following address. Though we encourage you to keep the products or gift them to a friend as we can not re-use or resale these products once they leave our warehouse.
Exchanges are usually processed in 1-2 business days. In the rare event, that you request a full or partial refund please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to process through your financial institution. All refunds are returned to the method of payment you used at the time of checkout of your order.

Order Changes | Cancellations | Returns
*** ORDER CHANGES *** Due to processing time, we cannot honor any change requests to orders after purchase once you have received a shipment notification. Please double-check and carefully review your order before submitting it.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Because of this, the window for cancelling orders is very short and since the majority of our orders are products for personal use, we cannot restock them if returned. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.
Restrictions apply to all promotions. Promotions are only effective during the specified date range when the appropriate coupon code is used. Promotion discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders even if those orders have not yet shipped. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. When coupon codes are offered online or in our newsletter only one coupon code may be applied per purchase.
